loss of innocence (transition into maturity/emotional growth)
social values (boundaries)
conventions/stereotypes (conventions are the way story opperates/ stereotypes more thematical) stories have convention but are not about conventions
epiphany for protagonist (a realization of truth)
ethnicity/ background of the characters or authors
Setting (we automatically associate with the theme) (could generate a theme)(neighbourhoods are personified)
